I'M Hotel

I like the facilities and more importantly the service at front desk has improved. I stayed 6months ago and the wait time for check in and check out was shockingly slow. This time checking out wait time has improved.

I recently stayed at IM Hotel for a weekend, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a prime location close to attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities, although the lighting could have been brighter. The rooftop bar and pool were enjoyable, though the pool was smaller than expected. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the coffee was good. The only downside was some noise from the hallway in the mornings. Overall, it's a great hotel with a few minor areas to improve. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was beyond excellent. Clean! Communication from the staff at the front desk, the room service, the pool was amazing. Reception/Front desk Even went as far as to find us at the pool to let us know that we could do a late check out if needed. so amazing. Will definitely come back. And next time without the kids. The cabanas at the pool are beyond gorgeous overlooking the city but definitely for adults only. Kids will jump off! Haha— thanks for the best stay! If I could give more stars, I would!

Everything was great. From the facilities such as spa, pool, rooftop bar and the room. However, what impacted my stay was the friendliness and customer service from the staff. They were very helpful all of the time and were very quick. For example, I had a wedding the next day but my suit was wrinkled. So I called the reception at midnight that I needed to iron my suit. Less than 5 minutes later there were two guys from housekeeping who delivered me an iron and ironing board.
